Wasl Properties was established in 2008 by the merge of two government organizations – Dubai Development Board and Real Estate Department. Being a part of Wasl Asset Management Group, Wals Properties manages an extensive real estate portfolio. It includes more than 47 000 properties that consists of both residential and commercial complexes in various Dubai districts such as Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Ras Al Khor and etc.
